Sendemail of onlinesol.net is a web tool to send emails instantly.

The aim of this site is to login, compose & send email from within a single screen and to know if they have actually been read by the recipients and when.

 Unlike other email sites, it won’t provide you with a mailbox or a new email Id.  It just sends an email composed by you to your recipient with a reply mail id as specified by you. 

Other email sites require you to login first, and then select ‘compose’ or ‘write’ mail in the second screen and actually compose your mail in the third screen.  In Sendemail, you can login, compose, and send your email within the first page you open.

The other feature of the Sendemail is to let you know if your email is actually read by your recipient and when.

As soon as your email is opened by its recipient, an alert mail is sent to your email id.  You can also check the read status of all your sent mails by logging into your Sendemail site. 

This feature works with any email Id or email site^*.    

3 simple steps to setup (for your convenience):

1.       Open the site http://sendemail.onlinesol.net .  Click on ‘Register ‘link in the header OR ‘New User? Register Now ‘link beside the User Id text box. 

2.       Enter all the details as required in the Registration screen and click on ‘Save’ Button.

3.       An email will be sent to your email Id (as given in User Id field) with a confirmation link.  Click on the link to complete the Registration process.

After completing the registration process, you can just open the site http://sendemail.onlinesol.net and send emails.

You can change your password or Name (as displayed in the ‘from’ field of your emails) by clicking the ‘Login’ link in the header. 

You can also check the Read status of your emails by clicking the ‘Login’ link.

Note:

1.        User Id must be one of your valid email ids.  The recipients of your emails can send reply to this email Id if they want to. 

2.       The password is not the Actual/Original password of your email Id.  The password is only for this site and Sendemail will not use either your email Id or Password to login to your original email provider/site.  It is advisable to keep this password different from your original password of that email Id.

3.       Though all the care has been taken, as this is in beta version, all the features may not work as desired all the time. 

4.       The Read alert is designed to work with any email Id or email provider.  But in some rare cases, you many not actually get the read alert even when the recipient has read your email.  This is not the Bug but an exceptional condition.

5.       There can be some rare cases where the emails may not actually reach the recipient.   The owner/developer/administrator of the site/product/software is not responsible for any loss/damage occurred due to the usage of this site by the user.
